Gaby thinks she’s fat. Well, to be honest, she is a bit on the chunky side but she’s no way near obese. She’s a big girl with big bones. And her face is naturally round so that makes her fodder for fat jokes. But she’s not fat, she’s just big.
Unfortunately, she feels the pressure. She has asked me to enroll her in some form of summer activity that will help her lose weight. Its actually not a bad idea. It will make her healthier. For now she’s doing her own “yoga” exercises at home, after school. As opposed to Mama who is more interested in weight loss diet supplements. I should take a cue from the kid.
So will it be basketball….swimming….football….yoga…..let’s see.
